The Fall of Troy IPA, an orange vanilla milkshake ipa, reminded me a of dreamsicle as the hop flavor is there but the orange vanilla flavors hide it really well make this an awesome ipa. This beer was so amazing with the coffee cutting into the sweetness of the maple syrup, and yes it did remind me of coffee and pancakes in the morning.

On this visit I stayed away from the peanut butter stout and focused on what I haven’t ever had such as the Surprise Pancakes, an imperial stout with maple syrup and coffee. They do a lot of varieties of their based peanut butter stout but I have had it before and took home the Mexican chocolate version, really good blend of sweet and heat for the record. Belching beaver its the kind of name for a brewery that makes you what? The name maybe odd and unique but the beer is top-notch.
